(Статья контракта.) extent of liability1. Компания не несет ответственности перед Покупателем (кроме ответственности за смерть или травму, происшедшие по небрежности Компании) за любые убытки или ущерб, происшедшие в результате любого нарушения любой прямой или подразумеваемой гарантии или условия контракта или небрежности, нарушения обязанности по закону или другой обязанности со стороны Компании или любым другим способом или связанным с выполнением или подразумеваемым выполнением или невыполнением Контракта, кроме положений, соответствующих этому условию. — 1. The Company shall have no liability to the Customer (other than liability for death or personal injury resulting from the Company's negligence) for any loss or damage of any nature arising from any breach of any express or implied warranty or condition of the Contract or any negligence, breach of statutory or other duty on the part of the Company or in any other way out of or in connection with the performance or purported performance of or failure to perform the Contract except in accordance with this condition.
2. Ни при каких обстоятельствах размер ответственности Компании перед Покупателем по этому условию не должна превышать стоимость Товаров по счету-фактуре. — 2. In no circumstances shall the liability of the Company to the Customer under this condition exceed the invoice value of the Goods.
